hotel was fairly clean and wonderful with consistently courteous stuff and favourable location opposite a beautiful park. the place had a quiet atmosphere.

As young people, we loved the friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English and French. The location was excellent, near recommended restaurants. The rooms were clean, fresh, comfortable, with nice design and furniture. The restaurant had a nice design, and the salads we had for dinner were excellent.

This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city, with easy access to the main pedestrian street, and close to all the major tourist sights. The location is beautiful, opposite a gorgeous park and amongst government buildings. The room was great, with a comfortable bed and high-quality toiletries in the bathroom. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who went out of their way to help. The breakfast was high quality, with a cappuccino machine producing an excellent cup of coffee. The view from the room was lovely, with a peaceful street providing a relaxing atmosphere.

The heating system was not great, and the temperature was too high due to the central heating being controlled from reception.

Excelent location - next to parlament and nice park, 6 minutes walk to pedestrian street, 10 minutes to Skadarlija and Zeleni Venac (from were the bus Nr. 72 to and from airport stops). Everything is reachable on foot. And the hotel staff is nice. Hotel after renovation looks really nice and clean. Restaurant, rooms, bathrooms are good. i liked the design (look at the lamps in the restaurant!) and choice of colours. Breakfest is OK (swedesh table), but it's not changing, so if you are staying long, it gets boring :) i liked that it's not allowed to smoke in this hotel! in my opinion it was a good choice to stay in this hotel, especially when i saw the prices, location and design of other hotels.

I don't sugest to book economy single rooms - they are so small that they are comfortable only if you are using them for sleep and shower!!!!!, at the same time they have balcony what is rare in this hotel. All the other rooms are comfortable, but in some rooms you can hear everything your neighbours are saying (that keeps guests quiet :)), tv wasn't working and the water goes away in the bathrooms too slowly, but seems that hotel is working to improve the situation.

There was some bug repellent smell in the bathroom but it was fixed after I complained

Hotel staff, as the rest of the people I met in Belgrade were all warm and welcoming, and extremely helpful. On a special note, I was there just after the devastating earthquake in Japan, and one of the reception staff took the time to express her deep sympathy, which touched the deepest part of my heart. I will never forget this experience and would like to thank the hotel for the kindness on behalf of my country.

We had so much fun, it was near the center .The hotel stuff was very helpful and always smiling...very confortable rooms and very clean. Special thanks for a special stuff from all of us.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is walking distance to all the touristic hotspots. The hotel provides small pastries and coffee in the lobby before breakfast opens. The internet, TV, and air conditioning were excellent. The hotel offers a yoga session on the terrace. The view from the suite on the 7th floor was fantastic. The hotel has a great reading room decor inspired by Ivo Andric.

Your passport is kept at the reception during the stay. It's certainly safe but I don't like this practice. My visa card serves as guarantee for the booking ...
